"Case holds very little charge and does not have a light signal to Show Low battery. The design of the case is awkward, with the opening and hinge feeling similar in the hand and making it hard to open with one hand or without looking. Much worse design than the rail ANC, which was what I was hoping to replace. Based on my previous experiences with skullcandy, I bought three pairs of these on sale. I wish I had only bought one and had sent it back right away."

I got the ear buds and the case wouldn't charge which means the buds wouldn't charge. I contacted customer service and initiated a return but I would have had to pay the return postage and that was going to be higher than what I paid for them, They said they wouldn't refund the return postage."
