"all in all 5 stars. normally i would dock one for the issue i experienced but the service in support from skullcandy has been the best i have encountered in over 10 years from a company that does retail sales. I would rate higher if i could. now for the bad news. case on this model doesnt stay closed well regardless of how they r placed or what tips you use. also the anc is non existant. if i had paid retail for these i would be furious. all in all the buds are comfy, the sound signature is really good for the price tier on these. the app is intuitive and the spotify tap feature is a game changer."

"Me ha gustado mucho su sonido y su forma, son comodos, para mi no son demasiado grandes, lo unico malo de monento es que parecen tener un fallo con el ANC donde al activatio al maximo el auricular izquierdo empieza a hacer un sonido y vibraciones raras que hacen imposible utilizarlos hasta bajar el nivel de ACN,esto ha ocurrido apenas sacarlo del estuche, por otro lado al ver que opciones tenia estando en españa solo me ofrecen hacer uso de la garantia y me parecia mejor si hubiedr un proceso o modo mas sencillo para estos casos, me encanta la marca, me ha gustado el modelo, pero me ha desilucionado un poco recibir un producto defectuoso afectando mi experiencia de usuario."

"The earbuds themselves are fine, but for the life if them they won’t stay off while they’re in the case. Even while they’re in the case they’ll still turn and connect to my phone which has been a very frustrating experience, especially while driving and messing with the cars Bluetooth."

I have mixed feelings about

"I have mixed feelings about my new shesh headphones. On the one hand, the noise cancelling is nice, and works well. Unfortunate, this drains the batter much quicker than advertised. Additionally, the tap feature is very sensitive and I find myself tapping the headphones when all I wanted to do was adjust them. Finally, the multipoint pairing feature struggles when connecting to my computer, often refusing to connect. Overall, it's not enough for it to be worth returning them, but I won't be buying them again."

Wish I could give zero

"Wish I could give zero stars. ANC does not work. When I enable ANC or Stay Aware it sounds like I’m listening to an old CB radio. Lots of static and music cuts in and out. I rebooted them once with no luck. Contacted online chat bot who told me to reboot them. Did it again with no luck. Not told me there is no phone number or email to contact humans. Wish I had bought another pair of Beats."

"The only reason i brought these in the first place is becuase of the 12mm drivers which are good for bass but the first pair i got were kinda opened (i brought thrm from Walmart) and i had to turn it in for a warrnaty claim bc the right earbud stopped working completely like it would connect, respond to touch controls and allat but not play any audio so it got apporved and now i got a new pair and its aii the right bud finally works"

Great sound, long battery life!

"Great sound, long battery life! But, these earbuds are shaped differently from the SkullCandy earbuds I am used. They sit inside the ear rather than out over the earlob, and they are too heavy for my ears. I almost lost them under a plane seat the first time I wore them. They continue to feel like they might slip out."
