"Hello there! Well, the earphones were defective. The right side did not work. That's ok, it happens! But from what I heard from the left side, they sounded great, and the head set was comfortable! Now, your customer service; I was expecting a replacement instead of a coupon! I appreciate the thought, but if you are going to make amends with a coupon i would think it would have been for everything I paid for: the shipping and handling ($15. 00) and the postage ($11. 35) to send my earphones back. What if the Icon 180 was not on sale? The $50 coupon covers the regular price but not the shipping and handling! They are on sale right now and the coupon still will not be enough to cover the entire price! It is a real bummer! You make Great earphones and speakers but the way you honor your returns, it is very disappointing!"
