"I bought two sets of these headphones and received one. Since last week I have been on the AI chat four times, three times I was cut short and asked if I wanted to speak with a human, I responded yes and i ended up back at the beginning of the process. Each time I input the customer number and detail from the invoice. Twice since this I emailed customer directly without a response. Tomorrow I try again within working hours. Hugely frustrating."
