"Skullcandy didn’t send the Grom wired headphones that I actually ordered. They sent some random in-ear things, so I can’t rate the product itself having never received it. My rating of SkullCandy is 1 star and that is being generous. A complete lack of customer service. Could only talk to a chatbot, who told me I had to initiate a returns process to return the wrong product incorrectly sent to me by them, wait 10 business days for the refund and then I could place a new order again for the headphones I originally wanted (which would take at least another week to get to me). The chatbot told me someone from customer service would reach out to me. I am still waiting two weeks later……."

"Picked up the Skullcandy Grom for my daughter and honestly they’ve been awesome. She loves how they feel on her head — super comfortable and they don’t hurt her ears even after long use. They also look really cool, which definitely matters to kids. Sound quality is surprisingly good for a kids headset, and because they’re so comfortable they’ve been perfect for long car rides. Only thing I wish Skullcandy included was a carrying case or bag for travel/storage."
"I purchased this headset for my son and I never received it. They shipped it and then the post office sent it right back to them because for some reason they claimed something was wrong with my address. Can't even speak to a real person, I was trying to contact customer service but aparently it don't exist. And the bot just kept telling me to wait to get a refund since canada post shows they received it back, but nothing. . . now my son is upset and I'm out of money. . . thanks for your awful business. . ."
