"I loved my headphones so I thought I would love these. I'm not impressed. The sound is good but battery life lacks majorly and they're not as comfortable as I had hoped. No charger and just meh. I wear glasses and finding acceptable sound is hard. For what I paid I am not impressed. I really wanted to love em. Back to the drawing board"

These are not great for

"These are not great for the price. They losely fit in ear and the battery life is poor maybe 4hrs at best. It also does not carry really any bass plus the app for the phone and other connects won't recognize the model so no perks there either. Waste of money."

"I was so disappointed after reading good reviews but from the get go, one of my ear buds did not work. I did end up getting a refund but getting in touch with customer service was not an easy process and I was looking forward to trying the open ear buds."

They are great and the

"They are great and the sound is amazing just wish the battery life would last longer when playing music or any audio, and then they are not too comfortable in my ears as I have gotten little blisters in my ears from how hard the plastic thing that touches your ear. If I had a silicone insert portion to protect the hard plastic in my ear would be a lot better. And I really enjoy the case just wish it would alert you when you needed to charge the whole case but even downloading the app doesn't allow me to register my product or know of the battery level of the case."

"They do not last as long as they say they do. This is my second pair as a replacement because the first had the same problem and they do not charge. Sitting on the counter all night, one was dead and the other was at 80%. First one was ok for like 6 months and the second less than a month."

Sound is amazing for being

"Sound is amazing for being open earbuds, battery life is awesome, I wore them from 7am-5pm straight and still had battery life, and I do love that you can customize the buttons and sound in the app. The issues with them though are the comfort of the earbuds, after 2 hours my ears start to feel sore no matter how you shift them, and the case for the earbuds is ridiculously obnoxious. It’s entirely too bulky and annoying to get your earbuds in and out of because of the magnetic flap instead of just being a regular earbud case, I used to use the eco buds and the case was perfect; super small and the earbuds just fell right in due to the magnetic component. No need to open the case or anything."

"Disappointed they no longer come with a charging cord. You have to use your own cord. I mean, they are $ 149.00, and I can’t get a cord… On Google, it says what’s in the box, and it says a charging cord. And on their website, it says it’s been discontinued. But at the end of the day, why do I have to go search for a cord for a new product? It should be in the box for that price in my opinion."
