Terrible Customer Service .

"They are awful but the catch is, you can't return them! Skull Candys return service is so poor. You cannot speak to a human. They fail to send the original return email, so you go and speak to a robot. It's been a week and I still haven't received a single response to be able to return them. Terrible product and will literally rob you. Intended on buying a different pair but I feel like the service has been so bad, I won't be returning."

Cool case, the sound is

"Cool case, the sound is great, and it maybe has too much options that a smart person could pretty much use it properly (lol). But it’s good set in case ya don’t wanna buy AirPods"

"I ordered it at 90$ They came in about 3 days. They work very well, function the way I like, and I can customize them to my liking & the best part is they're multi-pair. If you ever have problems and one won't connect, then there is a support button for that. But overall, it's the best product for me for my workouts, on the go & to get away from loud crowds."

The ear buds pause and

"The ear buds pause and play with an extremely slight incidental touch from a bike helmet chin strap. The strap barely brushes it evertime I turn my head which pauses and plays alternately. Makes them worthless for riding a bike or motorcycle. Additionally the ANC with any wind is awful. A lot of static that sounds like a blown speaker. Somewhat usable for lawnmower/power tool work. I keep them in my gym bag. The only reason for a 3 rating is they do have great sound when indoors with no wind."

I’ve been really impressed with

"I’ve been really impressed with the Method 540 ANC. The sound quality is clear and powerful, with strong bass without overpowering the vocals. The ANC works very well, especially in noisy environments, and the headphones are comfortable enough to wear for long periods. The build quality also feels solid and premium for the price. Battery life has been great so far, and the overall experience has been very reliable. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for comfortable headphones with good sound, strong bass, and effective ANC. Highly recommended! Also webpage was awesome"

I think it's a very

"I think it's a very good product. One improvement that would be nice to have had would be volume control on the earbud tap buttons configuration. Asside from that overall brilliant product and great quality. Highly worth the money."

Great sound on both noise

"Great sound on both noise canceling and stay aware modes! I have trouble with the "turn off" command and they dont fit in my girlfriend's ears but those are not big issues. I also like the size, with the creme color I chose they blend in with my skin and I can sneak them into work!"

So far, past few weeks

"So far, past few weeks of having them, this is amazing! Love the sound, love the silence, love how long I can use them. Battery life on the ear buds go about 5+ hours! And they charge fast as well."
