What's the best way to wear Method 360 ANC earbuds for a secure fit?

To get the best fit, and therefore best sound, determine the ideal size of inner ear gels and/or outer fit fins to best suit your ear shape.
  • All buds will come set up with size medium gels and fins.
  • If there is a spot that feels tight, swap down to the size small gels or fins that came with your product.
  • Too loose? Swap up to the large.
  • You may use different sizes for the inner ear gel versus the fit fin.

How can I change my volume directly from my Method 360 ANC earbud?

In addition to controlling the volume of your media from your personal device, you can also set volume controls directly on your earbuds with the Skull-iQ app via the Button Settings function.
  1. Pair your Method 360 ANC to your phone.
  2. Download the Skull-iQ app to your iOS or Android phone.
  3. If not automatically connected, pair your Method 360 ANC to the app by tapping the headphone symbol in the lower left navigation bar.
  4. Once connected, tap the menu item ‘Button Settings’.
  5. Here, you can change the button function on each earbud from its default assignment to Volume Up and/or Volume Down.
Example: Not a Spotify user? Choose to change the ‘1 Second Hold’ function from Spotify Tap to Volume Up or Volume Down depending on which bud you’re customizing.

Spotify Tap gives you a direct connection to your Spotify library. Just press and hold the touch sensor on either earbud for one second and your audio will pick up right where you left off – or Spotify will play a recommendation based on your listening taste.

How do I put my Method 360 ANC earbuds back in the case?

To ensure proper charging and secure storage, follow these steps:
  1. Hold the case so the Skullcandy logo is facing away from you – as if it’s clipped to your belt loop
  2. Move the slider down to open the case.
  3. Place each earbud into its corresponding slot – right earbud on the right side, left earbud on the left side.
  4. When aligned with the charging pins, you should feel a magnetic pull as the earbud clicks into place
  5. Move the slider back up to close the case.

"I love these ear buds. Unfortunately I'm a clumsy person and have seemed to lose the right ear buds to these, so I ordered a second set in black, lost the right bud to those as well, ordered a third bright pink, have both. Success! The sound quality is good, battery life is impressive. I fell asleep with my right bud in and in the am my ear was only slightly sore, but still on and playing, impressive. The case is great it makes noises to let you know if the bud isn't installed correctly. Charges super fast. They're excellent. Im looking forward to trying other products from this company. My only complaint is I wish they had a larger variety of colors. But otherwise, fantastic. And i wish I wasnt as prone to losing things so easily. Lol"

They are so touch sensitive,

"They are so touch sensitive, my music is paused and restarted every 5 seconds, and often when there’s a lil wind outside, or my hair brushes past it. And I mean incredibly sensitive! First set I’ve ever gotten from Skullcandy that I was beyond disappointed with but only with the pausing problem! Also the most expensive pair. The rail anc were so much better in price and all round sensitivity, battery, app options."

"Honestly I love how the earphones sound, the customisability, only issue I have and it's pretty prominent is that whenever I'm outside the sensor seems to keep picking up that I'm pressing it when I'm not, because of this I've had to turn off the tap to pause as it kept pausing my music. "Defective. The touch controls are way too sensitive, and pause my music every 5 seconds. Even when I turned off the single touch option, the ear buds would receive "ghost presses" and make the noise that accompanies it, which made listening to music a nightmare. Resetting doesn't solve the issue, it is a defect of the product itself. I'm returning these and trying a different brand of earbuds instead."
