"Picked up the Skullcandy Grom for my daughter and honestly they’ve been awesome. She loves how they feel on her head — super comfortable and they don’t hurt her ears even after long use. They also look really cool, which definitely matters to kids. Sound quality is surprisingly good for a kids headset, and because they’re so comfortable they’ve been perfect for long car rides. Only thing I wish Skullcandy included was a carrying case or bag for travel/storage."

Less then 1 star if I could

"I purchased this headset for my son and I never received it. They shipped it and then the post office sent it right back to them because for some reason they claimed something was wrong with my address. Can't even speak to a real person, I was trying to contact customer service but aparently it don't exist. And the bot just kept telling me to wait to get a refund since canada post shows they received it back, but nothing. . . now my son is upset and I'm out of money. . . thanks for your awful business. . ."

They are sleek and comfortable

"They are sleek and comfortable although the aux insert has bent easily and my daughter can’t hear out of them. I’m trying to fill out warranty form but everythime it says they found my order a huge picture of the headphones pop up and I can’t send it because I can’t exit out of the image…"

I got these as a

"I got these as a replacement of the same product in blue. They stopped working so i claimed on the warranty. Posted it, lost my reciept. The customer service agent literally said how do i know your not lying about sending it back. I had to send a bank statement screenshot just to get a voucher for new one. Disgusting customer service and when these ones break ill be taking my business elsewhere."
