"I ordered the dime evo and I received the Hesh headphones. So I’d need to send the phone back to ask for a refound then repurchase the phone. But to do so, I need to pay the sending…. On the top of that, they do not have a customer service, only IA bot…. Very disappointing…."

"Great sound and super convenient design! This isn't my first pair of Skullcandy earbuds, and once again, they didn't disappoint. The sound quality is consistently great, as I've come to expect from the brand. What I really love about the Dime Evo is the case design—being able to clip it wherever you want makes it incredibly convenient for everyday use. On top of that, the shipping time to Italy was surprisingly fast. Highly recommended!"

"I’ve been using them for a week so far. Before these I had Indy Evo (for more than 5 years) beside a few others. To my view here are cons: 1) Physical buttons instead of touch controls 2) Even though they sound good out of the box some people will need to adjust the EQ Pros: 1) Possibility to adjust the EQ 2) Tiny size 3) Good sound 4) Good mic quality 5) Good controlled stay aware mode 6) Battery life"

Unfortunately I have to give

"Unfortunately I have to give these a low rating. I got these as a warranty but the brand new ones have the exact same issue already. They will not stay paired to my phone. This makes the second pair that does this. It's a shame because they are really nice and the sound quality is great."

"I've had them for 3 weeks. The left one dosnt want to charge, so it's always almost dead. Even fully charged they don't last 8 hrs before I get a low battery notification. I should have read the reviews before buying instead of trusting my coworker bc this very issue is complained about."
