"It’s a great product but you can’t do game and chat mixer volume so you have to go into game settings and turn game volume almost all the way down the hear your chat. Playing solo is perfect. Also Skullcandy just sits on your order for the longest time and you get zero updates as to where you package is but as soon as it gets to the carrier it moves fast."

I really love the audio

"I really love the audio quality on these wireless headsets. The Skullcandy Crusher technology is amazing and provides a really immersive listening experience. Overall, the sound quality is excellent and the headset has a lot going for it. That said, I do have a couple of issues. First, the wireless dongle feels pretty flimsy and cheap, which is disappointing for a headset at this price point. My biggest issue, though, is the sidetone feature. It simply does not work properly. There is a little bit of functionality if I physically force the microphone extremely close to my mouth, but even with the sidetone volume turned all the way up, it is practically useless during normal use. I recommended these to a friend, and he is experiencing the exact same issue with his headset. I also found out that he purchased his brand-new on eBay for $144, while I paid about $100 more for mine, which definitely makes the price difference frustrating. Despite these issues, I still think this is an amazing product overall. The audio quality and Crusher technology are fantastic. However, sidetone really should not be advertised as a feature when it is effectively unusable under normal conditions. If the sidetone issue were fixed and the dongle quality improved, these would be an easy recommendation from me."
