I had to chase them the whole way to get my replacement sorted, which to be perfectly honest let your company down no end. "They’re pretty solid. Personal sound default makes the sound more balanced which is nice since they’re a little bass heavy. They have good battery life and connection has been solid. My only complaint is they do make my ears uncomfortable after a while since they’re on ear. But you can’t beat the classic icon style. Plus I have the camo ones and they’re dope."
