I've had skullcandy earbuds before, the ones that are a step down in price and I suppose quality as well. The sound in them worked really well for me, but the rubber on the buds themselves turned to gum in less than a year. So I got these for Christmas. And I love them! Not only are they the best sound blocking buds I've ever used, but they actually stay in my ears when I move around! The sound quality, of course, makes me smile. For the price, I couldn't ask for anything better!

Good, easy to achieve fit in ears with the rubber earbud tips, also come with memory foam tips that are difficult to put on the earbuds but have a decent fit, if a bit uncomfortable. The volume control is metal, and actually allows the music to go way louder than the iPod normally allows. It's like an amplifier. The plug is very skinny, metal with a rubber cone at the end holding the wire in. The earbuds themselves sound reallllly good. Lotsa bass, and a full range of other sounds. Has a great, full sound. I completely recommend these earbuds, especially because they're so inexpensive. And they come with the awesome Skullcandy lifetime warranty, which will replace them for free if they break. Buy these.

these by far are the best headphones i have ever had. it makes regular headphones sound bad, and you will never want to go back to the old kind. in-ear isolates all sound around you and the best part is, the only one to hear your music is you. it has an excellent bass also. however one should refrain from wrapping it around your mp3 player to keep it from getting tangled.it will make the cord easier to brake. but overall, its great!!
