Answer:

Without knowing all the specifics of the PS4 (things can change before a console hits the shelves) it will likely be compatible with this system. Provided the PS4 will still include AV cables as their site suggests they will.

The only reason they are out of stock is because they havent released them yet. i have had my eye on these for months and they changed the release date multiple times. so they might be released this month if they dont change the release date again.

I emailed customer service and received a timely reply stating they should be released in a couple weeks (as of 3/25). I know this doesn't help as far as an exact date, but at least they acknowledged the delay and are working to get them out soon. I'm definitely holding out for these, regardless of how long it takes!
