Best In-Ear Headphones For Activities
I love these earbuds for skating, trampoline, snowboarding, and almost every activity. I would say the only downside to these headphones is the flat sound and the earpiece. The earpiece is a little uncomfortable but, i find it better than the piece that goes in your sound canal.

Chops for Running
First used it during 10km run with iPod nano. Didn't fall off and no adjustment required at all during the whole run. The hooks and the buds fit comfortably. Sound quality 90% similar to Apple earphones.

OK
I have found these to be very good, but there is no bass in it at all. I can not comfortably listen to my dubstep with these. My Hesh2's are better, but the convenience of earbuds are nice. They are comfortable and stay in you ear, but I can't get over the fact of there being no bass, and I hhave been getting some echoes too.

Okay...
At first I thought these were a cool idea. They don't fall off, adjustable, nice coolers. But then after having them on for a long time the back of my ear started to hurt. Also loud sound leaks out.

Okay I Guess
I normally have problems with buds staying in my ears, that's why I like to use over the ear headphones or headphones like these, with a way to stay to your ears. The buds are uncomfortable and there is sound leakage. But the ear piece is adjustable and soft which is a nice bonus. Overall I say go with the In-Ear Chops versus these.
