Ok,why should I waste your time telling you something you already know but-These are the best headphones ever!I have decided to stay with skullcandy after my last purchase of Recruit's (which are nice) and I'm still loving it.The headphones work awesome and no flaws, but i am left wondering why there is a bottle opener in it.

Just purchased these phones. Formerly owned the Hesh and was amazed by the awesome sound and clarity I can only assume these will be better. That's why I'm giving them 5 now. The Hesh made me a repeat customer as I can not find anything better in the price than skullcandy.
IN short: Good Phones must buy

The Best gift ever...
I gave this GI Red Print to my Boyfriend as present this Christmas... And He so Loving It. Though it was part of his wishlist, I managed to find one, in our area (for all you know, Skullcandy Headphones are so in demand here, that almost all the stocks are running out... Hehehe). When I gave it to him, tears of joy were already running down through his cheecks, because he never expected that I'm buying him one. The joy that brings about by this little sound machine is priceless and a very worth to keep...
To SkullCandy, our deepest gratitude for inventing this and creating a modern, best quality and most innovative products for all of us, depends on our veriety of needs.
We salute you from bringing us the Best of you in everyone of us!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

The sound on these things are amazing! Even friends of mine (who are far from audiophiles, and could care less about sound quality) cold hear the difference and another friend of mine (with perfect pitch) was amazed by them. The in-line volume control is incredibly handy (especially for anyone who has an iTouch, iPhone, or Zune HD that would have to power on the screen and use the touch controls to alter the volume) - just set the volume to max on your device, and adjust it from the head phones. the only down side of this is now I get annoyed when I actually have to reach into my pocket to skip a song (lol. in-line remote for iPods and Zunes anyone?).
The only down sides I can find is the ear cups take a little getting used to, but once you do you don't notice them anymore, the construction of the headphones is a little flimsy (friend of mine adjusted them to their head and because they pulled on the ear cups instead of the head band to try them out the right extended cracked a little, but not enough to actually cause worry - at least not for me), and the velcro for the pocket that holds the bottle opener (a nice touch, but only because of the laughs I get for being able to pull a bottle opener out of headphones) in it's pocket isn't that great. the edges have the hooks, but in the middle the hooks came melted down, so it doesn't really grip that well. it grips enough to keep it in, but not so well that I don't fell that I have to worry about it - I'm always checking to make sure the pocket is still closed and the opener is still there.
*One note: mine are the '08 model that I got one sale a few months ago. so the new models might have fixed all these issues. But there is also a note on the warranty page that if you have a problem with the extender cable to call Skullcandy. My extender cable has just started to bite the dust, so I just started calling up Skullcandy.
bottom line, great head phones, but these are not sport head phones, they are for DJing, or enjoying the music. and the only things that are really wrong with it are the small things. I do not regret buying them at all.

My only gripe with this product was the none hand friendly packaging, getting into the plastic packaging was a hassle but once I freed them from their plastic housing I realised instantly they felt solid, well made, the speakers felt very durable from being knocked or banged, not cheap like most others headphones I have owned, then you go over the extras that come with it, the extra earpads, awesome travel bag feels very expensive, the awesome skullcandy sticker, the stencil that I'll be using to spray the logo onto my black PC tower, then comes one of the best extras the awesome skullcandy branded bottle opener consealed in the headband, how pimp is that?, then after all that excitement plugging them into my stereo and being blown away by the clarity of sound my ears have the pleasure of hearing and the bass pumping into my brain, best headphones ever!
