Awesome; but NOT REALLY RED

I think this is my...sixth? pair of skullcandies...I don't know. Anyway, I bought these to replace my Asyms, and they definitely didn't disappoint, sound/quality-wise. If I were to compare them to other skdy buds I've used, I'd say the sound is similar to the 50-50s. I haven't used them running yet, but I have done a shake-the-head test, if you will, and they passed. =P They're also plenty comfortable. They're not quite as tug-proof as the Asyms, as the cord goes directly to the bud instead of behind the ear, but they still stay in beautifully even while moving around. A quick word of warning though; I'm no fashion pro, and don't intend to be, so I don't really care too much, but if you actually want a pair of RED headphones, look elsewhere. Turns out these really are more of a neon/pastel orange. Which, of course, is still awesome, but not what I was expecting.

Excellent headphones for what they are designed for

Keep in mind before purchasing that these are to be used for a specific purpose. While exercising or vigorous physical activities. I would not recommend these as a headphone replacement. If you're looking for a replacement for your ipod/iphone/MP3 player headphones than look elsewhere. But if you're looking for an excellent set to use while hitting the gym, running, cycling etc. than these are the pair for you. With that being said the sound quality is on par with a stock pair of Apple headphones, but their downfall is they are slightly uncomfortable for daily extended usage. there is no rubber gasket or anything to make them more comfy in your ear. But they are perfectly fine for a one or two hour PT session. Can't beat the skullcandy warranty regardless of any of this....it's worth 5 stars on it's own

Best Workout Headphones
December 8th, 2012
by Adam
These headphones are perfect for running or lifting weights. I've tried many different pairs of headphones including Bose in-ear and skull candy in-ear, but the chops are far superior simply because they don't ever fall out. The sound quality is still amazing! The sound quality is on par with my in-ear Beats. I strongly recommend buying these headphones if you are looking for headphones to work out/ run with.

They are very uncomfortable and do not stay in very well. They take a lot of getting used to.

No More Falling Buds!

I got these guys a few weeks back and I'm so happy I did! I have a pair of Smokin' Buds that I absolutely adore but the left bud falls out every five minutes no matter what I do. I saw these at Newbury Comics in Boston and grabbed them up and what a difference they have made! They fit comfortably and sound amazing. I'm so very happy I got them!
