I really like these and have always been a skullcandy type of person, and i know you cant make products that fit one person but, i would really like the mic on the right side. i know you can just put the left bud in your right bud when you have the fit ones, you cant do that, if you could, please make the mic on the right wire

Cord and Mic needs work

I had this pair of Skullcandy's for bout a month when they were running good, after that the mic died to where i couldn't change music on the fly when needed, (I go to high school). But when the mic stopped working, i was in study hall trying to change music so then i could get some reading done, well when my mic died, (We can have phones out at this school), the teacher asked "What are you doing?" my reply was changing music. It was different to her because i always used the button, then about a week later the left earbud died do to cord damage. I've upgraded to the smokin', but i would recommend these to a friend for a shot period of time

These little ear buds have been the best I have ever used. The sound quality is excellent and there's plenty of volume to spare. The only complaint is that the 3.5mm jack isn't very strong and so it wears out after a while,but for the price it's still totally worth it. Thanks Skullcandy!

i like to listen diferent tipes of music and i love to feel the bass of them but i hate when de vocals get a bad sound because the bass, but these two little bad guys gives a great bass and a clear and good vocal!!!

Amazing durability, love the flat cord, great bass. Great all the way around at this price point. My only complaint about these headphones that they don't completely work on Windows Phone. The track control features do not seem to work in Windows Phone 7.5

I've been using "smokin' buds" for about 3 yrs now , & I needed a spare set . I went & ordered them only to realize that I ordered "ink'd 2 buds" by mistake . I couldn't be happier .... Love these new buds !! Better fit , better comfort , better cable , & most of all better sound . Plus they were on sale !! I'm noticing little things in my playlist songs that I wasn't picking up before . Bottom line , I like what I'm now hearing . This is one mistake I'm glad I made .

Good earphones but break easily

Bought these earphones in october 2012 and they came with a one year warrenty which was lucky as within a month the left earphone kept losing sound, so i brought them back got a new a new pair and 3 months later the sound is gone from the left earphone. Am now on my third pair of earphones and hoping they will last longer than the other two. I also miss the volume buttons that my original apple earphones had, but this is a minor drawback. The good side, I did find them comfy and the sound very good, not that I can say much as these were the most expensive earphones I had ever bought. If they lasted longer I would definatly buy again.

These were my favorite headphones for the longest time! i have had them for 4 months. They were great until the past week, one of the rubber ear pieces fell off, i had to put the larger rubber pieces on and they dont fit in my ear to well and they keep falling out. Also today i was getting off the bus and they just stopped working, they didnt get caught on anything they just stopped. The wire was coming out of where they headphones split which i presume is what caused them to stop working, i am very disappointed in these headphones. i would like to get a new pair but i dont know if should because i want headphones that are going to last.

g'day mates, i bought this earbuds mate on the 3 of the march boi and I like i only played like 1 song and it sound pretty gewd. It is very very very very good, skulls should sell these $400 it tha good. It very duabile, i put it in dishwater so it be shiny it steel work. i like skullcandy because i like skulls and candy so it sound pretty good. specs r like 20-20k which is pretty bad tbh but like omg it sound good. it driver is like 20mm which alright i like heavy metal like and yeh. I would reccomend these earbuds if youuu listen to lik kerser and 360 and those boiiiiis. I also want to say i luv my gf n she lik beats so i her but in the garbage bin and gave her them skullidecanies.

Ok so i just got these today from best buy. After taking them out of the package i plugged them in and i heard very little sound. Then i pushed on the mic and they worked so i kept the twist tie and wrapped it on the mic. They work PERFECTLY now. I was wondering if it was Best Buy who broke them or Skullcandy. I'm going to get them returned hopefully. But good bass great sound and comfy.

I've owned 2011 ink'd for a while and enjoyed every minute of them.... when the paint finally got worn off (they still work great!) I picked these up... can't beat them! They sound like they are worth 5 times as much. Beautiful bass, great mids, trebles stick out gracefully above, wow! The best is now even best-er!

This being my 3rd skullcandy i didnt think something at such a low price would be so good! I use to think over ear were the only things with good sound quality. Oh how i was wrong! i havent looked at other earbuds from skullcandy but these could easily be mistaken for high end buds!

I bought these at my school's bookstore after my other earphones broke. These were more expensive than my other earphones, but I noticed that these earphones lacked bass. Also a problem I keep having is the pause button is a little too sensitive. Also, I like to wrap my earphones on my ipod and put it in my pocket, but I can't do that with these because my music keeps turning on by itself. Also the L and R are really hard to see. I didn't notice them until a few weeks later. They are pretty comfortable though.

So close to being great, but not there yet!!!!

first and foremost these have great sound for the price. HOWEVER, I see 2 Major Problems as follows. 1) track control button is far too easily activated accidentally. this means that your music device (in my case iPhone) will frequently start playing music in your pocket without you knowing, which drains the battery of your device unknowingly. not cool 2) there is no volume control feature. please could you add one? at this price level, you should be able to change the volume as well as start/stop/change the tracks and it is a pain to have to constantly take your device out of your pocket to do this. I'm a big fan of skullcandy and it is a shame for an otherwise great product to be let down by a couple of basic features that would be very easy to fix. Please fix them and you'll have a loyal customer. Thank you!!

Great sound quality, but....

I bought these earbuds about four months ago, and they held up well. They have great sound quality for the price. I have a few complaints too though. First, the silicone pieces come off very easily, they come off in my pocket and when I'm cleaning off earwax. I lost one of the silicone pieces on the school bus and was never able to find it again and I can't use them anymore. Second, the control button is too easy to press. When I am trying to roll the cord around my iPod, the button is pressed and music starts playing without me noticing, thus wasting the battery on my iPod. Now I have to unplug the earbuds from my iPod before wrapping them around my iPod. Where could I get replacement eartips?

I just got these ear buds yesterday. Before I got these I had the original Ink'd and the Smokin Buds, and both were great. Then I saw these at my local best buy. I remembered how much I liked the first Ink'd, so I got these. I was gonna pass these down because of no carrying case, but I still chose these. The flat cable is a great feature, and the microphone is great too. The most important thing, however, is the sound quality. All I can say is, MIND BLOWING! Bass is great, and no static whatsoever. These earbuds stay in my ear very well and are nice and comfortable, so now I don't need to invest in Chops. However, sometimes my ear gets sore from them and I need to take them out. All and all, great product skullcandy.

I got these a few months ago, and i didnt want to spend too much but still get good quality. And thats exactly what i got. Not only do they have a nice look, the quality is very good for the price i paid. Handles bass pretty well, althought not as much as beats (beats arent that much better than inkd but are so expensive). They are quite comfortable, stay in pretty good and the sound is better than my skullcandy Hesh. Definetly the best you can get for the price range.

So that is my initial impression, and it's disappointing to say the least. I fell in love with the Ink'd line and figured the Ink'd 2 would have been improved. As far as design, I think it is improved.. but where did my bass go? I have had about 5 pairs of Ink'd, and now 1 pair of Ink'd 2, and I am swapping the Ink'd and Ink'd 2 back and forth.. and it's kinda sad that I still like the Ink'd more than the Ink 2. My reasoning is, the Ink'd are louder with deeper louder bass (what I pride most). So Skull Candy, where did my bass go with the Ink'd 2? I'm going to continue to test with other audio sources.. but it's not looking good so far. That being said, maybe there is a break in period that I am not aware of and the Ink'd 2 will get better in time? Just in case, I stocked up on 2011 Ink'd models through your Ebay store.

I've bought about 3 pairs of these. Each lasted about 3/4 weeks. The sound quality is amazing. Nice and deep bass, rich treble, and all in all, I've never tried a pair of headphones that sound better than those. Here's the down side though: they are made of terrible material. The headphones are definitely not the most comfortable. They feel like a weight in your ears. The wiring from the inside goes all messed up and the sound goes terrible after about 3 weeks, and the bass screws up after about 2 weeks.

I got these because I had the first ink'd and I loved them but I gave them to a friend. I expected these to be better but I was let down. Skullcandy has disappointed me. I have other skullcandy products and I love them but the sound quality is just average with these. There isn't much bass, they fall out easily (I've tried every size), and they're so much worse than the first ones. I'm sorry skullcandy but you've let me down.

These new "flat cable" variants are definitely of lower quality relative to the original ink'd. The noise reduction is not as good, treble is higher and generally things become distorted at higher volume. The older ones are much better imo. If you find the old ones, grab those.

I have owned many of the Ink'd and Smokin' Buds over the past few years. With my first pair being Smokin' Buds I got for $15. I loved them they got broken and I totally forgot about the awesome warranty. So I bought a pair of Ink'd at near the same price, liked them but wish they had the volume switch. Well I ended up breaking them and remembered the warranty this time upgraded to the Smokin' for $15 and also bought a new pair of Ink'd because they were on sale and I figured I'd use them while doing stuff like yard work while using the Smokin' for personal use. Ink'd are very durable I even had a pair go through the wash and still work. I am now also a proud owner of some Hesh 2's as well.

SGP Linear case incompatibility

Brought online, delivered next day. Great service there. However the earphone jack won't connect properly due my SGP Linear case. Due to the black plastic around the jack being to thick. I don't won't to take risk of carrying around iPhone without a case. So have given these to my girlfriend before I had a chance to try them.

Been using these for a few weeks now with my DROID3, and I love them! Calls are crystal clear, music is great (now that I've figured out my phone's equalizer settings and taken them off stock). They are comfortable to wear, and make long phone calls more bearable. My only dislike is that the Mic button doesn't work with the music player, only works for answering calls and the Voice Commands. But that's apparently an Android drawback, so those with iPhones are supposed to have no problem. Would love to see Android support from this company, would never buy from anyone else then.

Skullcandy buds are truly a premium piece for their price. I've owned Ink'd (1 & 2), Holua, and Heavy Medal. Compared to the original Ink'd, I'd say these have a slight adjustment to have some cleaner highs. They still have some pretty powerful bass though, don't get me wrong. I'm pretty happy with these, once again! Even if they break, send them back, and get another pair or perhaps an improved pair. The only problem I find is that they do not handle serious highs and pounding lows well together. Alone, either are like silk to the ears. The difference between these and their higher end buds is the quality of materials used and the turned in design to hold them in your ears better (canal 'phones). Different materials used effect how much sound escapes, as well as how canny they sound. Seeing these are buds though, the differences are relatively minor. I'm excited to see new buds released, and I look forward to more in the future.

This is my third pair of ink'd headphones. Skullcandy's warranty is superb. I heard about the supreme sound system featured in skullcandy's new headphones, so i bought these pair. Got em' today, plugged them in, and they were great. Then i plugged them in my computer, turned on some dupstep and BAM. it was awful. i have always loved the power of the bass in the ink'd earbuds, but these were dissappointing

Okay let me start by saying I had the old 2011 Ink'd and they were okay but, these are a HUGE improvement! I bought these along with a pair of 50/50s and believe me the 50/50s are nothing but just a little louder. The bass on them is really good too, I listen to a lot of Deathcore, Metalcore, & The bands I listen to have a lot of bass drops, the buds literally shake if you have it turned up enough. If you want good earbuds without the high price, get these, they are amazing for that $25 price tag.

These Headphones are great! I have had a couple pairs of these and they work like a charm. They can fall out when I am running and sweat gets in my ears. Very durable! I accidentally left them in my jeans and washed my jeans in the washer. I pulled my headphones out of my pants and they still worked and I still use them today.

For 20$, these are pretty decent. Good bass but still balanced, and good sound isolation.

These earbuds are the first earbuds I have purchased from Skullcandy, and I have to say, I was not disappointed. The sound is crisp, clear, and generally amazing. Listening to songs such as Faded (feat lil wayne) or John (feat rick ross), the sound quality and bass is stunning for a pair of ear buds. The buds, however, aren't the most comfortable things in the world. The adjustable in-ear parts help, but the larger ones are irritating. Overall, these are brilliant sounding earphones. I completely recommend them.

I bought these because I needed a pair and they were on sale. I've kept them because they have great sound and they're good and sturdy, especially compared to other earbuds I've tried. As a matter of fact, my pair survived a trip through the washer and the dryer (warm wash/high speed, high heat long cycle). It still works perfectly- even the microphone- and the sound is fantastic.

I bought these a few days ago and compared them the older model of ink'd. In my opinion they sound ok. You can diffently tell the difference in sound, but it's not necessarily better. They have significantly less bass than the older model. The trebles/highes can be harsh. For example, the "S" or "T" sound can hurt your ears a little. Also some snares. They deffinetly have better build quality, and feel a lot more sturdy than the previous model.

Awesomeness in the Ink'd 2.0 Get these earphones cheap on ur budget and good sound over all i would give them a 9.7 on sound a 9.6 on comfort and a 9.9 on durability overall

I use to have the older model of the inks but these are just amazing. the bass is certainly has more bump to it, the cable makes it tangle a lot less, the sound is improved, and the style is awesome. some people even though i was wearing beats because of the wire and color xD. i must say if u really want to hear the difference between this model and older ones u need to listen to it on a Apple device or your computer , imo android devices never had really good quality music unless u have a KBPS rate . which means higher the KBPS the better ;D . so overall get these if u really need cheap amazing earphones. i will be getting the fix in ears soon :D

Huge improvement over the old Inks. Perfect for the gym and the Mic works for my Android phone. Skullcandy's Supreme Sound makes these buds seem like they should cost so much more.

i tried the 2011 ink'd headphones and didn't like them much, however, these are improved in all the bad areas the 2011 model was not good in. They are good looking, great music quality, and value is just great!

I have been using Skullcandy for over 3 years now. When I first started using the ink'd earbuds I thought, "Hmm these are ok but could be better." However I still used them for school and such. Today I got the new ink'd 2 from best buy, there was no mic but I put them in my ipod and started music. As soon as I heard the music I could tell the change. Amazing new bass, better sound quality and louder (just how I like it.) So thank you Skullcandy for making another great product.

I am obsessed with audio, i am so picky when it comes to my ear phones. i tried the ink'd amazing especially for 20 bucks so i had to try these ink'd 2s out. let me tell you there even better: improved sound and bass. amazing almost as good as beats but for these you pay what? one fith of what beats cost plus lifetime warranty. i have one important thing to say though, the jack always dies on me after about 6 months, no buggy though sckullcandy hooks me up
