I'm a musician and I've never quite had enough money to go out and get the standard studio-quality headphones or audiophile headphones everyone raves about but I came across these last summer and they are just fantastic. They certainly aren't built too sturdy but the sound they deliver is by-far the most pleasant sound quality I've ever had out of a pair of headphones. The drums are crisp and snappy and all the frequencies get to shine. I love these. Again, the only downside is they are a bit flimsy but for the money you can't really beat them from what I've seen. And no, obviously I'm not really Thom Yorke.

I just got these headphone about a week ago and i was expecting them to be good because my friends have and they said they were good. When i put them on heard the music playing they were amazing! the bass was good the volume was great! I love them! I got the lowrider purple and white one's and there really stylish too! Probably my only problem with these is that they can get a bit uncomfortable after a couple hours of wearing them but you you'll get use to it. All the skullcandy headphones are great my favourites are the lowriders and the uprocks because they both sound great and look really stylish! I love skull candy headphones get a pair for yourself and you'll see what i mean.

Purchased these and was very suprised! I thought these would be okay sound quaility and maybe last me 6 to 8 months. So far had them 2 months and i am impressed with all aspects. Alittle to much plastic though. I would recomend this product to almost anybody. Grat buy, good job Skull Candy!

I always wanted The low Riders because they folded up, and they looked pretty sweet, but I was Leery of the sound Quality because they rest on your ears I also thought they were going to be uncomfortable. To great surprise I found the sound Amazing and you can barely feel the headphones! They are a great Investment. The fact that hey work on my phone is great too. I also love how they fold for easy storage. The only thing I was disappointed with is that they didn't come with a bag. But overall they are great. :)

These are my first Skullcandy over-ear headphones and they are splendid. the sound quality is amazing and they are extremely portable and stylish. my only cons are that the ear cups are a bit small and they sometimes have trouble staying on my head. these are small annoyances though so don't let them put you off. definitely recommend these.

these are good standard headphones, i recomend these to anyone, however at times there is audible static in the backround, but it is faint; not to big a deal. My only other issue i have with these headphones is comfort...after wearing them on your head for an hour or two, they can get a little itchy, and especially, they can hurt and irritate your ears a little bit. not your eardrums, but your actual ear. this makes them quite uncomfortable, but overall, nice headphones, not terrible for there price, and worth it.

Got these for Christmas and I totally LOVE them! and they're purple. The base as usual is great quality and they're super comfy and they cancel out all the other noise; my dad was sitting right next to me and I couldn't hear a thing he was saying. Which isn't a bad thing . . . :P

Part of the reason I bought these was the external control feature. When skiing it is nice to not have to take off gloves and mess with an IPod when you don't want a particular song. The only issue is that half the time the forward/reverse doesn't work. The pause function is perfect, but the other part could be improved. As far as sound, these are great. I haven't ever had an issue with SK and I own four different sets now. Clear sound and good highs and lows.

been looking a pair of headphones this last while so I pick these out to get for my Birthday just before Christmas, they are very comfortable on your ears and even when sitting around your neck for the style, they are good for nearly all types of music and I strongly recommend these especially for the small price you are paying.

The best headphones iv bought so far....stunning base and great balance!....best for linkin park and other rock band lovers!...very easy to take when travelling because it folds...and can also be used as a fashion accessory....one bad thing is that if u drop it...the flexing joints might break easily.otherwise its perfect for its price.

Great Headphones
The Skullcandy Lowrider headphones are a brilliant buy. they have a clear sound and fit comfortably on the head and are adjustable to fit different sizes.
the cord is very durable and is made out of a nice and flexible fabric which can take being pulled around a bit and is long enough to reach your music player. the colour scheme is really nice, with blue, black and yellow.
The built in microphone is of very good quality. i did some tests using several different programs and they all sounded crystal clear. this is ideal for gaming as the microphone is not so sensitive to pick up everything in the surroundings, just your voice clearly. the headphone is plugged in using a three-ringed 3.5mm jack plug.
it also contains a button for use on mobile phones to answer calls. this is located on the left side of the cord and works with android, iphone, windows phone and blackberry devices.
the headphones have yet another feature; they can be folded up. the user can decrease the size of the heaphones by folding them and turning the speakers the other way. this is useful when using them and putting them away as they do not take up much space and you don't have to worry about them breaking in transport.
the only thing i dislike about this product is the lack of bass produced by the speakers. overall though, the headphones are comfortable, portable and produce nice clear sounds as well as including a good quality mic. worth a buy!

Pretty Good
Great headphones, very comfortable, definitely worth the money. They do lack bass, but they still have nice sound. I've had these for a few months now, and have had no problems. I love how they fold up, they look great, they sound pretty good. Definitely a good purchase.

Decent
I bought these little over a year ago and Still love them. They were cheaper than I expected them to be and had good clear sound. The quality was better than most headphones but I always felt like it would easily break. Like I said before I have had them little over a year and had no technical problems. The one thing about the Lowriders that annoyed me was the comfort. After 40 mins or so my ears hurt and continued to be sore for 15 mins after taking of the headphones. All in a good piece of kit.

Very comfortable, but not enough bass.
I'd have to say, these are probably the most comfortable on-ear headphones I've ever used. Lots of the on-ear headphones I've used were usually too tight, and so they pinched my ears, but these are pretty loose. Deffenately not for athletic usage.
I'd like to see skullcandy do something different with their cord instead of using their rubber insulation all the time. This is the second pair of headphones I've had rip through at the plugin because of the rubber insulation. Make it more durable!
The sound quality is great, and would possibly rival their in-ear headphones such as the Titans if they added better bass to them. IF you like to have really good bass response, look at their in-ear headphones, that's what I recommend.

Pretty good.
I bought these close to four months ago, they have great sound, a cool design, their not too big yet their not too small and they are reasonabley priced. I loved them up until the right side of them stopped working a couple days ago, I guess i was too rough with them, I definetely recommend them but be careful with them, other than that they are really good headphones.

Not Good Enough!
I had them for 2 months and they broke on me! And I used them only about 3 times a week! The sound was really poor compare to the beats I got. They were pretty comfortable though. But overall I think your much better of getting anything but scull
candy! I had the 50/50 and they were terrible, but these are worse!

2 Years With No Problems!
This product is a total package. It offers complete comfort, amazing sound quality, killer bass, and just look magnificent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great pair of headphones for an everyday affordable price!

However, we cannot guarantee full voice control and functionality on all devices. Non-Mic’d Skullcandy products will work with universal music devices containing a 3.5mm port. If you're running into similar problems in similar intervals, it's probably a usage issue. Make sure that when you unplug them, you're not pulling too much wire as that can cause them to loosen. Also, make sure that you aren't wrapping your wire around your device when not in use. This causes numerous cracks, bends (you name it) that can cause the sound to go out.5 days ago
