when i got my first ipod i was pretty devastated that the stupid apple earbuds would not stay in my ears. and then i realized it wasn't their fault and i just have weird shaped ears because no other earbuds would fit either. eventually i resigned myself to the fact that i would just have to wear on or over the headphones, which, in reality, isn't the worst fate in the world, but it was kinda frustrating, and also i wear glasses and that's a lot of pressure on your ear man. then a friend of mine told me she had had great success with skullcandy earbuds when all other had failed. i was skeptical, understandably, but as my most recent pair of subpar clip-on headphones had bit the dust, i decided why the heck not.
and you know what? THESE ARE THE MOST FREAKING AWESOME HEADPHONES I'VE EVER OWNED. the fit is fabulous, and the sound quality is great too, though having always on-ear ones, it may have a lot to do with the whole "the music is literally inside my head" aspect. but regardless, they fit great, and then don't fall out when i'm rocking on out the elliptical machine. best purchase i've made in a long time.

these phones are the best i have ever owned! i have had SK's since i first found a pair of smokin' buds at a nameless store and got them cause the looked cool and they were cheaper than other brands, but with better than some and the same as come specs! i have been watching SK for forever since then. i have tried my buds in side my helmet for ever and just hurt if left in for to long. my FMJ's ... forget it; they wouldn't even start to fit. i thought i was doomed to buy the expensive blue tooth helmet until one day i found Asym sitting on the "new" rack at best buy and had to get them. did i mention there amazing! the sound is crisp and bassy. there easily just as good as FMJ's if not better!

These earbuds are overall very, very good. They stay on your ear very well due to the fact that the cord loops around your ear and the unique design of the buds. This design also gves the music a little more bass than most; if this isn't a good thng, it easily corrected with boosting the treble a little. The volume control only controls the bud's volume, for better or for worse. The mic and button along with it are very useful, allowing you to play, pause, fast forward, rewind, go forward or backward a song, and use voice controls without ever having to pull (in my case) your iPod touch out. The cord is nice-it is more flexible than other cords. I would suggest getting Comply foam tips along with these buds after you figure out what size of silicone tips you use. They block out much more noise than any silicone tip ever could and conform to your ear much better, too. This is my personal opinion, not me getting paid by Comply to say this.

The product is very snug in the cavity of your ear. If you pull on them when the cord is over your ear they don't come out. They have a clear, crisp sound. I enjoy the volume control because it would be annoying to keep pulling my ipod out to change the volume when skiing. Super Comfortable!

these things are freakin awesome....it started out as a guy at a booth tellin me these things were bomb and were HIS personal favorite...well hes sellin em...of course hes gonna tell me that...when i tried em on tho....it was like taking a step into a venue for an awesome concert...these things made me feel like the sound was comin from ALL AROUND ME!!!....of course i bought em...im a guitarist vocalist and a drummer...and despite all the jumpin and movin and thrashin around i do....ive never had any problems yet...i used to love apple head phones...cuz they were apple...but they SUCKED. when it came to life span and durability...they do that crap on purpose...the wires tangle and are always in the way....these acrylic wires are freakin tough and just slide...the rubber doesnt catch on to you or your clothes....these things are freakin AWESOME!!!!....the mic and volume control was cool to...not meant for recording...but it did still work pretty good!

I was in need of some in-ear monitors for my set playing @ church. While roaming around the local best buy, I came across these guys on clearance. After purchasing them, I headed off to practice that night. Man was I impressed! These things went toe to toe with the other musicians head phones. Everything was clear and precise I could hear who was off and who was on. I just heard "more" then what I was able to before when using just a standard pair of head phones. Excellent job to Skullcandy for making such a great affordable quality product!!!
