- Products can be returned to Skullcandy for a refund if the product was purchased from our website and it is returned in its unopened original packaging.
- Products that are opened and used can only be returned if they are broken or defective and they meet our warranty policy guidelines. Warranty process
- Skullcandy does not offer refunds for opened products.
- In the case you receive something other than what you ordered due to a shipping error, we will gladly exchange that product for the correct item and pay for additional shipping as long as it was purchased from our website and it is returned in its unopened original packaging.
- If the mix-up was due to user error (i.e. ordering the wrong color or product by accident), we will do an exchange* as long as the product was purchased from our website and it is returned in its unopened original plastic packaging.
