Step-by-Step Directions
- 1. Put 4 AAA batteries in AMP
- 2. Connect keypad connector into iPod+ module
- 3. Connect 30pin from iPod+ module into iPod
- 4. Connect 2.5mm from iPod+ module into AMP (ALL THE WAY IN!!!)
- 5. Connect Speakers male plugs to y-cable white connector females
- 6. Connect red y-cable into AMP (red painted receptacle that shows headset logo)
- 7. Connect one end of green bridge cable to iPod audio port
- 8. Connect second end of green bridge cable to AMP (green painted receptacle that says Aux In)
- 9. Turn on AMP from side of AMP housing (at this point, the AMP is in SLEEP mode to conserve battery life)
- 10. Turn on iPod so that it is playing a song (you won’t hear it at this point because the AMP is still ASLEEP)
- 11. Wake up AMP by pressing and holding 6th button on Sessions keypad (in the dead center of the star) for 3 seconds (a new LED lights up at that location to show the AMP is AWAKE)
- 12. Music will be playing in the speakers… adjust the iPod volume from keypad
- 13. To put AMP into SLEEP mode from the keypad, hold the 6th button down for 3 seconds (the AMP is still on in SLEEP mode using milliamps to conserve battery life)
- 14. To turn AMP off, slide switch on AMP housing to off position (power from batteries are OFF)
