Skullcandy is seeking a proactive and driven Accounts Payable Analyst to assist in day-to-day payables processing.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Invoicing & Data entry
• Filing documents and maintaining vendor files
• Working with all departments to support the payment process & internal controls
• Building relationships with vendors through positive service & support
• GL reconciliations, related journal entries and assisting in financial reporting
• Supporting the AP Team and Finance department as needs arise
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors in Accounting or related field preferred
• General understanding of accounting systems and processes
• Proficiency with Excel and general computing
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with others
• Strong work ethic and problem solving skills
