Skullcandy Team Rider Kai Otten advances to round 3 of the Billabong pro at J Bay
Kai Otten took out World number 13 surfer Fred Patacchia in the 2nd round of the Billabong Pro at J bay in South Africa. Kai will be facing former world champion CJ Hobgood in the first heat of round 3.
