It was a tight race at this past weekend’s Oakland SX event, but our boy Ryan Dungey managed to land on the podium by the end of the night. Dungey’s been hustlin’ this season and has been able to consistently stay near the front throughout his races. Newest member of the Skullcandy fam Ryan Dungey put on a strong showing at the Monster Energy Supercross this last weekend. It was a tight race but Ryan pulled through earning 3rd overall at the opening round. “I am exited to get on the podium at this race,” said Dungey. “It’s a long series and it’s good to get a podium finish as the first round and off on the right start”. Today Skullcandy announced the addition of Ryan Dungey, a 3-time Supercross and Motocross of Nations Champion and 3-time AMA Motocross Champion. At only 23 Ryan has won every title in the sport of motocross. In 2009 he made waves on the motocross scene winning both the Lites Supercross Championship and the 250 Motocross Championship- and that was just the beginning.
A very rad, very unique MX challenge went down this weekend in Lake Elsinore, CA. The head-to-head, knockout format of the Transworld MX Slam Festival had the crowd on their feet and cheering on the riders. In Saturday’s two-lap dash Final, Skullcandy’s Justin Bogle got the win to defend his title.
