The 2013 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Season came to a close this past weekend in Vegas as one of the most exciting and historic races of the season. Despite having a rollercoaster season Wil Hahn ended on the podium taking home the East Coast Lites Championship and third in the main event. With a gnarley course design filled with tight turns and dirt dry from the spring heat the Skullcandy Moto crew still owned this past weekend’s SX event. After 8 weeks off, the west coast lites riders where back at it in Seattle this past weekend. Joey Savatgy made his way up to 8th after a rough start in the main event while Broc Tickle had a solid ride in Seattle taking 7th. Ryan Dungey got caught up in a turn 1 crash with Josh Hill causing him to start from 16th. Dungey was on a mission passing 12 riders in just 13 laps out of the 20 lap main…
The Skullcandy moto team was on fire once again at the Minneapolis Supercross this past weekend. Ryan Dungey, Wil Hahn and Broc Tickle all revealed crowd-pleasing performances. In the 250 event, Wil Hahn shot off the start to 2nd place and battled with Blake Wharton to hold it. As the two switched places numerous times, Hahn was able to pull ahead and secure 2nd place on the podium with Wharton finishing in 3rd. With one final race ahead, Hahn remains in 1st place in the points standings…
Skullcandy Moto sent it last weekend in the Houston SX at Reliant Stadium. Wil Hahn had a good night in Houston with a solid top 5 start. He worked his way up and closed in on 2nd place for the 250 East Qualifying. Broc Tickle finished 10th which kept him 10th in points on the session. Ryan Dungey was fastest in qualifying of the day. He had a 5th place start and pushed up to finish second overall in the 450SX Supercross class at the Monster Energy Supercross, and FIM Championship.
