The Seattle based dance-rock band, The West first dropped on our radar in February with their self-released LP, In Low Light. The dance-pop album is definitely one for the summer and so is their latest music video. Shot on location in Seattle and Bellingham by All Mod Cons and Hand Crank Films, the video just released this morning and definitely tells the story of the universe bringing peeps together. Watch “It was Disco and it’s Over“ below and enjoy.
Skullcandy family member, and motocross champ Ryan Dungey is not only a hell of a rider but one good dude as well. This past weekend we teamed up with Ryan, Target, and Fox to host the second MN Major, a one day 100K cycling tour along the St. Croix and Mississippi rivers with all proceeds and registration fee’s being donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital…
Producer/DJ duo, Filip Nikolic and Jeffery Paradise just recently landed on our radar and their mellow tempo’s are right on point for summer anthems. Gaining national attention back in 2011 after the release of “Do You Believe?” via YouTube underground DJ’s began sampling their work and spreading the vibe. Since then, they’ve released two “daytime disco” type records packed with sub aquatic beats and dreamy vocals. We’re jamming over tracks like, “Harvest Moon”, “Do You Believe?” and “Take Me There”.
