New AM’s Join Skullcandy Skate

Skullcandy is beyond stoked to announce the new additions to our global skate team. As of today, AM's Trevor Colden, and brothers Trent, Trevor, and Taylor McClung are joining the Skullcandy crew, along with international skaters, Youness Amrani, Lem Villemin, and Axel Cruysberghs who are bringing some euro-flavor to the fam. Get a taste for the new team members below:

Trevor Colden
DOB: 03-14-1994
Hometown: Virginia Beach, VA

Trevor grew up on the East Coast in Virginia Beach, but decided to move out to CA on his own at only 16 years old. That move not only launched him into the skate scene but ultimately defined Trevor’s skating style, ballsy. Trevor isn’t afraid to do work on some of the biggest obstacles out there. He took home the Tampa Pro title in 2011 and is soon to release a new project with Nike.

Taylor McClung

Huntington Beach

At 24, Taylor is the oldest and ringleader of the McClung Clan. Homegrown in Huntington Beach, Killa Tay Tay has been making serious moves on the skate scene. His effortless style is ridiculous and makes the most tech tricks look like a warm up. Our new AM has been on the streets working hard on the new Expedition project, dropping soon.

Trevor McClung

Hometown: Huntington Beach

Trevor is the middle child of the Brothers McClung clan, but he’s no Stephanie Tanner. Trevor has quickly become a focus of the Plan B and Etnies teams. He’s been busting his ass, traveling the globe working on the new Plan B project, which he will most definitely have a standout part in.

Trent McClung
7/21/93
Huntington Beach, CA

Despite being the youngest of the talented McClung family, Trent is quickly making a name for himself with his ridiculous ability to make the most tech tricks look steezy as hell. Trent recently dropped an insane part in “New Ground” produced by Bones that he shared with his brother Trevor.

Axel Cruysberghs
Date of birth: October 12, 1994
Place of birth / Hometown: Poperinge, Belgium

Stemming from Belgium, Axel Cruysberghs started skating at the age of 8 on a board gifted to him from his grammy. Skating soon escalated into a natural talent for him as nearly three years after he showed his skills at the 2005 WSR competition in Rotterdam.  It was here where he impressed everyone with his ability to have a flowing surf style on the biggest obstacles.  Now at age 18, Axel’s traveling the world with sponsors like Etnies, Volcom, Red Bull, Bones, Skullcandy, and Zumiez.
