Earlier in September, Skullcandy Mexico unveiled its Supreme Sound collection to an invite-only list of retailers, media, VIPs and athletes at the Auditorio Blackberry in Mexico City.
With the official opening of Skullcandy Mexico, the brand has introduced an arsenal of new in-house designed products: Mix Master, Aviator, Hesh 2, Fix and 50/50 as well as the newest addition to the family, the Cassette, which was showered with compliments. As Shadi Charbel, Skullcandy team rider put it, “They’re ideal for skateboarding.”
The event was hosted by Fox Sports radio personality, Faisy, who took the pleasure of revealing surprises throughout the night, including presenting the Supreme Sound video narrated by Skullcandy athletes and brand ambassadors. There was also a special late night ball drop for free headphones titled “#RainingHesh” in support of our new Hesh 2.
A solid set of music from Diego Huidobro and DJ Rayo opened the party, but it was DJ Aztek that kicked it into high gear and got the party moving. Of course the liveliest of the night were the actresses and hostesses who refused to leave the dance floor.
Among those invited were friends and family, media, key retailers, producers, athletes, influencers and members of several bands. Motel, Ruido Rosa, División Minuscula, Da Punto Beat, Quiero Club, Hello Seahorse, The Volture, Le Baron, MOMO, Centavrvs, Milkman and many more musicians and singers from the Mexican stage attended the event.
Thanks to our sponsors Absolut Vodka, Red Bull and León beer who took care of keeping us refreshed and energized for the entire night. We also send special thanks to every member of the media that joined us and got the event published in print, Tv and social channels.
