Big ups going out to Tom Wallisch and Bobby Brown for their destruction of the Dew Tour Slopestyle course finals. Tom ended up second for the day, but took home the Dew Cup on overall points. Wallisch is killing it this year, and taking home this title is right in step with his season of first-place podiums at Killington, Breckenridge, and Winter X in Aspen. Bobby has been on a terror as of late as well, with gold at X in Big Air and a Slopestyle podium spot at two of three Dew stops. Both brought awesome rail games to Snowbasin, and their doubles on the two jumps were about as close to perfect as you can get.
Tom's run started with a switch 270, pretzel 270 out on the down rail, to front swap to back 450 on the up-down rail, to switch on, pretzel 450 off the cannon rail. He hit the jump line with the switch double cork 1080 to switch right double cork 1080 combo that has kept him on top of the podium everywhere he goes.
Bobby utilized a right double cork 1260 into a switch double cork 1440 on the jumps to get in the winner's circle. AMAZING.
Way to slay it boys. Stay tuned for an in-depth interview with Tom Wallisch coming up this week.
